Laura Pullen

Laura Pullen is the GIS Manager at Nottingham City Council, where she oversees geospatial projects across various local authority responsibilities.

Passionate about understanding and translating operational and strategic business needs into successful initiatives, Laura is currently involved in several transformative geospatial initiatives focusing on modernising and digitising planning processes, including a Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) funded project to use a GIS-based 3D digital twin to enhance planning process engagement.

Laura jointly leads efforts in integrating 3D geospatial solutions into public sector operations, collaborating with local and national organisations to drive innovation. More recently, she has been exploring the use of 3D data assets to support transport projects, further demonstrating her dedication to raising awareness and guiding the adoption of 3D geospatial technology within the public sector.
