Sarah Bussey

Sarah Bussey is the Parking Contracts Manager at Brighton & Hove City Council. With over 20 years of experience in local authority parking services, she is responsible for managing contracts related to enforcement, software, and electric vehicle infrastructure.

Sarah is an advocate for change in the sector regarding the abuse faced by frontline officers. She has been developing the 'Beyond the Uniform' campaign with the NEPP, which aims to raise public awareness and improve the wellbeing Civil Enforcement Officers.
