Hannah is one of the driving forces leading on customer service improvement projects within Major Projects at National Highways.

A key aspect of Hannah’s role is to use insights gathered from customer teams, to establish and deliver projects related to Roadworks Innovation.  The experience of roadworks in particular, continues to have a negative impact on customers of National Highways.

With 6 years’ experience in customer service and innovation delivery, Hannah is leading an initiative to launch a public competition, seeking out innovative solutions which could improve the customers experience of roadworks.
