 * Strengths based programmes and ILM qualifications; including development programmes for women leaders and international teams
 * Employee engagement, facilitation of behaviour change initiatives leading to shifts in performance, culture change and business results.
 
 Over the last two decades she has supported a wide range of organisations to stretch and develop their senior people.

 

Large, multi-year projects with impressive outcomes include Arriva, American Express, Southern Railway, NHS, GlaxoSmithKline, Plan International, UEL and Hewlett Packard.

We will hear how working collaboratively across multiple sectors can create a supportive environment for women, in which the sky really is the limit.
