Anne Snelson

Marketing Manager RingGo

Born and raised in Scotland, Anne spent her formative years in St Andrews before reading Statistics at Newcastle University.  

Three years as a Government statistician was followed by various public policy and marketing roles for the Automobile Association, including her first forays into parking (Approved Operator Scheme and Mobility for All). 

Nine fulfilling years at Vodafone saw Anne rise to Senior Marketing Manager.  Notably Anne provided support to the UK’s first phone parking solution, a joint venture with Ericsson, which launched in the City of Hull in April 2002.

In 2008, Anne joined Cobalt Telephone Technologies as the company’s Marketing Manager, providing comprehensive marketing and communications support to RingGo, taking the service from second in the marketplace to clear outstanding leader with over 18 million motorists today. 

Anne has a Diploma in Marketing and an MBA from the Open University.
